Does SPH buy manuscripts and pay royalties?
SPH offers publishing services. Authors pay for the work they choose, and SPH helps with design, pre-press, printing coordination, publishing support, distribution and marketing depending on the agreed quote.
Can I submit a manuscript online?
Yes. You can send a publishing application from Start a Book without creating an account, and include a Google Drive or Google Docs manuscript link.
Will AI decide my quote?
No. Quotes and commercial decisions require human review. AI-assisted workflows may be added later, but pricing and publishing decisions must remain human-approved.
How do payments work?
The app supports manual payment proof uploads for QR, wallet or bank-transfer payments. In-app payment providers can be added later when SPH enables them.
Where are book files stored?
Heavy publishing documents are handled through Google Drive links, while the SPH app stores the project records, versions, approvals and activity history.
Can readers buy SPH books online?
Readers can create buyer accounts, browse the catalogue, place orders and submit payment proof for finance review.
